Enter our Be Kind To Animals Poster Contest! We want to see your interpretation of what Be Kind To Animals means. Winners will be chosen from 3 groups: Grades 2-4, Grades 5-8 and Grades 9-12. Classrooms are invited to participate! CLICK HERE FOR ENTRY FORM.
- Poster size must be 8.5 x 11inches
- We will accept all types of media (marker, paint, ink, colored pencil, crayon, or digital art).
- The recommended theme is “150 years of Kindness To Animals.”
- Must be original: no tracing, clip art, or entries containing photographs or art not your own.
- Posters will be judged based on appearance, creativity, and demonstration of theme.
- Winners will be chosen for 3 age groups: Grades 2 – 4, Grades 5 – 8, and Grades 9 – 12.
- Winners and their families will be invited to an awards ceremony at Lowell Humane Society.
- Winners will receive a ribbon and award certificate
- Winning Posters will be displayed in the Lowell Humane Society shelter until July 2023.
- Grand Prize winner will have their artwork mass-produced on our 150th Anniversary Poster.
