Please fill out the form below with the found pet’s information. Please complete a separate form for each found pet. You should also get the pet into a veterinarians office or Lowell Humane Society to have them scanned for a microchip. You are also required to contact the animal control officer in the city/town you found the pet.

If you have found a dog, Animal Control will pick the dog up. Contact your Animal Control Officer for the town the dog was found in FIRST.
Dogs found in Lowell, Dracut or Wilmington can be brought to Lowell Humane Society AFTER attempting to reach animal control. Dogs from all other locations can come to Lowell Humane Society for a microchip scan, but we are not the holding facility for all towns.
