The Lowell Humane Society is embarking on a strategic planning study and we would like your input into our process by completing the survey in the link provided. Strategic thinking and planning are critical elements of any well run organization. It’s purpose is to establish long-term goals, annual objectives, and detailed actions/strategies that address issues related to performance, productivity, mission services, and community and staff well-being. The plan’s focus must be on identifying the most critical factors affecting our community and clients, as well as seeking the most effective and efficient means to address them.
