WHAT’S A “SMALL ANIMAL”? Guinea Pigs, Rabbits, Hamsters, Birds, Rats, Mice, Ferrets! (Please note, we may not have all of these types of animals at the time of the event)
Normal adoption procedures apply. Must have approved application and provide photo of cage/enclosure your new pet will live in. Please bring a suitable carrier to bring your new pet home or purchase a cardboard carrier from us for $5.
LHS Staff and Volunteers will be helping to match families with appropriate pets for their family. Please look at our website to learn about the pets ahead of time and only inquire about pets who are appropriate for your family.
