Taco was a beloved pet of an elderly woman with limited mobility. This resulted in his escaping from the home on a regular basis and, sadly, during his most recent escape he was hit by a car. Due to limited finances, his owner could not afford the surgery to repair his broken pelvis. Taco was brought to us for help, knowing that you, our Lowell Humane Society family, would help Taco get the medical care he needs.
Taco is a sweet dog, who enjoys sledding with neighborhood kids in the winter and his favorite food is spaghetti. Please consider helping us pay for his surgery, so he can be on his way to finding a new home. It will cost Lowell Humane Society around $2,500 to help Taco heal.
